Yoga Helps

Stressed out? Too many responsibilities? Go to a yoga class. I did my first one a couple of weeks ago and the second one tonight. It feels wonderful. I committed to going three times a week. It's a nice addition to dog-walking. It's also a brilliant way to learn to keep your balance as you age "gracefully."
